the rent varies from apartment to apartment, but we lived in a three bedroom place for 1300 dollars collectively. That being said, rent was pretty cheap and the location is amazing for an upperclassman that wants to be close to the corner. Also our landlord was super helpful always. The building does have its quirks though. It's an old building and the walls are pretty thin. Quiet is definitely not the word to describe this place.

Great location and cheap rent is what you're gonna get from these apartments. The units have the same overall layout but some have wood floors instead of carpet or three bedrooms instead of two. Security code for the front door hasn't been changed in three years and it opens to multiple codes. Walls are pretty thin. If you care about noise this isn't the place for you. Landlord was pretty bad. That being said, I had a great time in these apartments. Massive living room had enough room for two couches and full size pong table. Good value.

The apartment that I lived in was not renovated yet so it was a little dungy but next year I am moving into a newly renovated apartment with a more open concept and an island increasing the counter space! The laundry room is a building over but after dorm life this place is great.
