The location was perfect for the university of Texas. The rooms were very big overall especially the living room areas. The balconies connected to the apartments were very cool as well.

Overall the building is very old, with some of the structure even falling apart. The appliances are very old and it seems like the units haven't been renovated since it was built. The landlord is incredibly difficult to work with, she overcharges for everything she has to fix. She will even tow your car if it is parked incorrectly outside your unit for more than a hour.

The location is very nice in regards to The University of Texas.

The Landlord was Horrible. She continuously tows cars and fines you for miscellaneous repairs. The appliances in the unit are ancient, the carpet is disgusting, bathrooms are foul, and overall the place is falling apart. The cost of living in this apartment complex does not reflect the quality of the apartment.

All the units are very unique and large. It has a old-timey feeling without being worn down or dirty. Covered garage, two story balcony, and large kitchen/bedroom/living room were some of the best features.

The unit I lived in did not have a washer and dryer even though there was space for them in the garage.
