Here at The Medici, there is currently one studios available ready on November 15th its 468 square feet in size. The studios is on the 3rd floor facing into the court yard. They are very spacious, and they come with all the kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, granite counter tops, carpet through out the apartment, and parking space is included as well! This studios start at $1601/month on 4 or 12-month lease.

It's downtown which is cool and its run by the same people as the Lorenzo so it has all the same amenities and you get key access to both which is pretty cool too.
I thought commuting from downtown was way easier but its not. If you don't have a car, you literally have to uber to class every day. Its not that expensive (only like a 5 dollar uber) but that adds up and sometimes you can get caught in traffic

More ideal for grad students or a student working in DTLA because it is further from USC, but located very close to the Fig & 7th shopping center. The carpets in the hallways seemed slightly dirty but the units were spacious. Not as striking as its counterpart the Lorenzo, but both buildings are slightly out of place in South Central Los Angeles with their faux Italian architectural style.
