Spacious living room and kitchen area downstairs. I enjoyed the two-story living. Also it's almost never noisy in the daytime or randomly, and Regent is very peaceful.

Neighbors often complain about our noise.

Great location; close to a CVS and Telegraph Ave. Comes complete with a washer/dryer in the unit itself. There's a little courtyard between all 3 units, which is nice for socialization, and the upstairs/downstairs layout makes a great setup for casual kickbacks even if your roommates are studying.

A bit far from campus and very close to People's Park- gives way to homeless rummaging through trash occasionally in the back area. There is a motion-sensing light back there, and there have never been any big problems.

would not recommend 2620 Regent

It's a big condo and the 3-unit setup is pretty nice. Especially if you can fill up all 3 with your friends. There's parking in the back which was really convenient and CVS is close by for groceries and miscellaneous stuff.

It's an expensive place. You have to put a double in each room to get the price to a reasonable range and some of the rooms are not big enough for two people to live there comfortably. Regent St. can be kind of sketch - we had homeless people rummaging through our trash on occasion and sleeping on couches behind the units. Didn't do any harm but still kinda sketch.
