Rincon Heights is a very close to campus, and probably one of the most popular places for students to live who do not have a car.
In Rincon Heights, you are more likely to have neighbors that are all college students. This neighborhood is one of the closest to campus and many students walk to class. One of the most significant positives about Rincon Heights is its close proximity to the University’s recreation center. Crime does take place in this area so be sure to lock your house and car at night.

Rincon Heights stretches from N. Park Ave to N. Campbell Ave, and E 6th street to E. 12th street. This neighborhood is very close to both the football and basketball stadiums, so one will probably find themselves at a tailgate in this area. There is also some tasty eating establishments close by as well.
